1. Where is Tudung People from?

Tudung People is a modest hijab and clothing brand based in Malaysia, with international distributors in 13 countries worldwide.

2. How do I place an order?

Tudung People Melbourne operates on a pre-order model for all products unless specified otherwise. Orders are placed with our headquarters in Malaysia after full payment is made.

  • Browse our collections and place your order through our website.
  • Full payment is required to process your order.

3. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  • For pre-order items: Allow 2-3 weeks for the items to arrive at Tudung People Melbourne.
  • Once received, your order will be shipped via Australia Post within 2 business days.
  • Delivery timeframes within Australia depend on Australia Post.

4. How much is the delivery fee?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with a flat rate of A$15.00.

5. What if I change my mind after making payment?

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, we can offer a store credit, valid for 1 month from the date we receive the returned items.

Returns must be requested within 7 days from the day that you received the products. All returns needs to be returned within 30 days after a label is sent to you. 

6. What if the product I ordered is out of stock at the Headquarter?

If an item is unavailable at our headquarters after payment is made, you will receive a full refund.

We will notify you as soon as we receive confirmation of the stock status.
